St John’s Chop House inhabits a 200-year-old former Almshouse. Red brick, natural beams and roaring fires add to the rustic charm. We serve traditional British food with a focus on high-quality steaks and chops. Our comfortable private dining areas are perfect for groups of up to 58 guests dining à la carte or from one of our set menus (priced at £27 and £29.50 for 3 courses.)
Honey Hill is one of our upstairs private dining rooms, suitable for groups of up to 20. Pound Hill is also upstairs and suitable for up to 30. As these two rooms are adjoining they make a convenient meeting suite area so you can have your business meeting in one room and lunch in the adjoining room. Our delegate packages start from £38 + VAT per delegate and include tea, coffee & pastries on arrival, mid morning/mid afternoon tea & coffee, 2 or 3 course lunch, still & sparkling water throughout the day, wifi access and AV, notepads & pencils, professional service throughout the day and an account facility. Our downstairs restaurant area, The Northampton Room (divided in two), is suitable for groups of up to 58. Meanwhile, for smaller groups of up to 16 our upstairs Reading Room is ideal.
