How to use The Private Dining Directory to find a venue?
Not many enjoy hard work, but many enjoy eating. That’s why we’ve kept the Directory as simple as possible for you to find and book the perfect private space for your event.
You can look by region, event type, or venue features. You can use the advanced venue finder tool to match your exact preference or needs.
When you find a venue or space you like the look of, you can use the contact details on the page to phone the venue, or send a direct message. Alternatively you can add the venue to your Venue Shortlist and enquire into several places at once with a single message!
What is Avg Price Per Head?
Often based on a set menu, this is the estimated, average, price per head you can expect to pay at a venue for private dining. It can vary between lunch and evening hours, and most venues offer a choice of set menus which may vary in price.
Can I book normal dining?
Yes, nearly all of these venues accept standard bookings along with having expertise in group dining.
What Happens after my Enquiry?
You can sit back, relax and wait for venue owners to respond to you directly, using the details you provided.
A venue hasn’t responded to my enquiry. What do I do?
Venue managers can take a little while to respond as they deal with multiple enquiries each day.
If you haven’t heard back within 48 hours it’s a good idea to call the venue directly, and explain you are chasing up an enquiry you made through the Private Dining Directory. This should help them find the right details to deal with your request.
What is the Difference between a Private Dining Room and a Venue?

How much does it cost to hire a venue?
We provide estimated price per head, and minimum spend prices (if applicable) on venue information pages. However the price should always be discussed with the venue manager, and paid directly to the venue.
