Formerly Kelvinside Parish Church, Òran Mór, Gaelic for ‘great melody of life’ or ‘big song’, is a thriving arts & entertainment venue in Glasgow’s West End.
We offer a Lounge and Whisky Bar, two Restaurants, a Private Dining Room, Live Music venue, Night Club, and our stunning Auditorium with mural ceiling by Alasdair Gray.
Òran Mór is the perfect setting for business and social events, weddings and ceilidhs.
The Auditorium, Private Dining Room and gallery can all be hired for private parties or dinners.
We understand all events have different requirements and as such offer complete flexibility including bespoke menus and an accommodating approach to any request.
The stunning private dining room boasts views over Kibble Palace within the Botanic Gardens, and is the perfect place for business meetings, afternoon teas, celebratory dinners including anniversaries and graduations, and intimate receptions.
The Private Dining Room has a sumptuous seating area, a private bar and flexible table set up.
