The Lookout by Gardener’s Cottage is an exciting partnership between Edinburgh restaurant and Collective, the organisation that has redeveloped the City Observatory site on Calton Hill into a new home for contemporary art.

Built on a cantilever so the restaurant is partially suspended over Calton Hill’s northwest slope, The Lookout by Gardener’s Cottage features floor to ceiling glass windows offering panoramic views across Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth.
